Delete your account through the app
Open the By Summer Louise app and go to:
Profile → Privacy & Account → Delete My Account
Follow the instructions and confirm your request.

Please provide enough information for us to identify the correct account, such as:
- Your name
- The email address registered to your account
- Your mobile number, if registered
We may need to verify your identity before completing the deletion.
What will be deleted?
Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymise information associated with your app account where appropriate, including:
- Customer profile
- Contact information held specifically for the app account
- Loyalty point balance
- Unused loyalty rewards
- Digital loyalty card
- Referral information
- Notification preferences
- Loyalty and app activity associated with the account
What information might we keep?
We may need to retain limited information where there is a legitimate or legal requirement to do so.
Examples may include information required for:
- Tax or accounting records
- Fraud prevention
- Legal claims or disputes
- Regulatory obligations
- Records of completed financial transactions
Any retained information will only be kept for the purpose requiring its retention and for as long as reasonably necessary.
Important information about loyalty rewards
Deleting your account may permanently remove any:
- Loyalty points
- Unredeemed rewards
- Referral rewards
- Birthday rewards
- Loyalty history
Once deletion has been completed, these may not be recoverable.
